Thank you for visiting the official Toyota Application. We provide the Tunas Friends Application to support the Toyota dealer network in serving loyal Toyota customers to enhance their experience with Toyota vehicles.
Through the Tunas Friends Application, PT. Toyota-Astra Motor ("TAM") and/or Third Parties collaborating with TAM (collectively referred to as "Third Parties" or "we") aim to provide the best experience for you to obtain comprehensive information about the Products and Services we offer. Therefore, we need to understand your information search and transaction routines to provide specialized services for you. Your privacy and the security of your personal data are always important to us, as we respect your privacy rights. Therefore, we want to transparently explain how and why we collect, process, analyze, use, store, destroy, and share your personal data, when and how you choose to share it. We understand the importance of protecting Personal Information (as defined in the definition of Personal Information under applicable laws and regulations) and are committed to safeguarding Personal Information.
If you, under applicable laws and regulations, are a minor, under guardianship, or require a guardian, you are required to include your guardian or representative to read and approve this Privacy Policy and agree to your use of our products and services based on the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. In cases where direct consent from your guardian or legal representative is required, you must obtain that consent at your own responsibility.
This Privacy Policy is an essential and inseparable part of our products or services, without which our products or services will not function as intended. From time to time, we may develop new services or offer additional services. If the new service or additional service results in a material change from the initial approval in how we collect or process your personal data, we will provide further information or additional terms or policies to you through pop-up notifications in the account profile mailbox section of the Tunas Friends Application and request your consent again for the personal data we will collect, process, analyze, and use for the new or additional service. When we introduce new services or additional services, these services will be subject to this Privacy Policy.

1. Ensure that you understand what personal data we collect from you, the reasons why we collect, process, analyze, use, store, destroy, and share it;

Additionally, you have the choice to provide additional information to enhance the personalization of your account. |

E. For What Purposes We Use Your Personal Data
When you use or interact with the Tunas Friends Application, we use various technologies to process your personal data that we collect for various reasons. We explain in the table below the reasons why we process your personal data, the relevant legal basis we use to lawfully process your personal data, and the categories of personal data (found in Section 4 "Your Personal Data We Collect") used for the following purposes:
1. To handle order acceptance, settlement processing, delivery, after-sales service, repairs, products and services, etc.
2. To contact customers.
3. To respond to customer inquiries or requests and confirm customer identity.
4. To operate, record, and announce events related to our products and services.
5. For announcements, advertising, and promotional activities regarding our products and services (including email newsletters and announcements).
6. For the design, research, development, or improvement of products/services, as well as market research and analysis.
7. To engage in any additional business related to the above.
F. Sharing Your Personal Data
We will share your personal data with any Third Party to carry out our day-to-day business operations and to enable us to continue to provide information services to you. Information that we can share with Third Parties, TAM will disclose or provide Personal Information to Third Parties while still paying attention to the following:
1. Disclosure is made with the customer's consent.
2. Disclosure or submission is made as required by applicable laws and regulations.
3. Disclosure is made in a manner that does not allow the identification of individual customers, such as statistical data.
4. Disclosure or provision is made to Third Parties as far as necessary to achieve the purposes of use as specified in Section 5: For what purposes we use your personal data. In this case, we will exercise all necessary supervision and ensure that Third Parties take preventive measures, such as making an agreement with Third Parties about handling Personal Information.
G. Storage and Deletion of Data
We store your personal data in encrypted form for legitimate and essential business purposes, such as maintaining our Tunas Friends Application service, making business decisions based on data, and accessing our Tunas Friends Application. We keep some of your personal data for a minimum of 5 (five) years and no longer than required by applicable regulations.
If you request, we will delete your Personal Data so that the data no longer identifies you, unless we are legally allowed or required to retain certain personal data or retain data by anonymizing data or applying pseudonymization, including in the following situations:
1. If we need to keep personal data to fulfill our legal, tax, audit, and accounting obligations, we will keep the necessary personal data for the period required by applicable law; and/or,
2. If required for our legitimate business interests, such as preventing money laundering crimes or ensuring the security of our users.
H. Data Transmission to Other Countries
We will share your personal data globally with Third Parties to carry out activities and achieve the goals mentioned in this Privacy Policy. We may also subcontract processing to, or share your personal data with, third parties located in countries other than your country. Therefore, your personal data may be subject to privacy laws different from those applicable in your country.
In that case, we will ensure that the transmission of your personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable privacy laws and, in particular, contractual measures.

We are committed to protecting the personal data of Tunas Friends Application users. We implement appropriate technical measures to help protect the security of your personal data; however, please understand that no system will be entirely secure. We have implemented various policies, including pseudonymization policies, encryption, access, and storage to keep personal data safe from unauthorized access and unnecessary storage of personal data in our systems.
Your password protects your user account; therefore, we encourage you to use a strong and unique password for your account and never share it with anyone, limit access to your computer and browser, and log out of your account after using the Tunas Friends Application.
J. Changes to This Policy
There are times when we may change this Policy. If we make material changes to this Policy or changes from the original intent and purpose of collecting information previously obtained, then we will provide a notice that you can easily understand, for example, by displaying a prominent notice on the Tunas Friends Application and/or by sending an email. We may notify you in advance.
